Park Shin Hye semakin intens melakukan kunjungannya ke negara-negara Asia lain dalam upaya memantapkan posisinya sebagai bintang Hallyu yang makin hari makin meningkat. Park Shin Hye meneruskan perjalanannya dengan pesawat jet untuk melakoni lebih banyak kegiatan. Menurut laporan media setempat, artis Park Shin Hye meninggalkan Korea menuju Hong Kong pada tanggal 29 November, untuk berpartisipasi dalam acara Mnet Asian Music Awards tahun 2012 (MAMA).

Update berita lebih lanjut mengatakan bahwa selain kehadirannya di MAMA 2012 sebagai presenter, ia juga dijadwalkan untuk melakukan syuting untuk tayangan talk show TVN "Taxi" di Hong Kong. Hal ini dalam persiapan dan promosi drama yang akan datang, "Flower Boy Next Door," berpasangan dengan Yoon Si Yoon yang direncanakan tayang perdana pada Januari 2013.

Pada awal tahun ini, Park Shin Hye juga melakukan kunjungan lain ke Jepang dalam rangka mempromosikan dramanya yang berjudul Heart String, dan juga mengunjungi Taiwan untuk mensupport drama lokal adaptasi drama 2009-nya You're beautiful.
